Combat addons with triggers

Are there such things? Sometimes it seems like an enemy player I'm fighting has spellcasting reactions too fast to be real. Like healing so fast that I barely have time to see the damage before it's poof gone or warded up. Do combat addons that trigger react to damage exist?

Necrelios✭✭✭✭✭I'm not sure the scripting interface allows for direct input of player actions in absence of direct player interaction, in most games it does not. One of the main reasons games like to use Lua is because it's easy to restrict what an addon can and can not do in regards to things like this, like when they removed reporting of group damage for instance. I would be surprised if an addon was allowed to do this kind of thing.
It's possible they have a keyboard macro setup that casts a defensive ability followed by a self-heal to minimize finger strain or to allow them to focus on other things.
