[PC][Trueflame] PvP audio stuck and graphics when high latency

Nice to have a fight against blues in all this high latency and low FPS. Audio stuck, and graphics.
I miss first months of ESO, when PvP didn't have all these issues.
Everyone complaining in Zone and leaving.
Can't even submit a /bug.
