Major loading screen/crashing issues in Cyrodiil since patch (EU)

Since the latest patch, our guild has noticed a HUGE increase in loading screens and crashes in Cyrodiil. I never moan about the lag as it doesn't really affect me but this hanging on the loading screen and crashing on entering is absolutely horrible.
Question to the EU PvP community - have you noticed this too?
Questions to the devs - are you aware of the issue? I'll stop banging on about it if you are! But it really needs investigating because it is sucking all the enjoyment out of playing at the moment.
