Are there any player-made events on PS4?

I thought there was some on PC I just don't know if the community on PS4 does any or not... also another question: Is there a good amount of players on PS4, so far it doesn't look like a whole lot but it is just the starting zone so is there a good amount still playing? Thanks

Order of Vagrant Hounds is a fledging RP guild within the PS4 NA server. We are still attempting to organize ourselves which also includes the creation and promotion of events (such as RP events, lore discussions, moots, etc.).
Thus far we have held a few RP events, but the turnout has been dismal, although we shall continue to attempt the undertaking.
