Queue for random dungeons

Two examples:
First: I'm a healer and I queue for dungeon awaiting only 20 seconds for the group.
Second: I'm the same healer and already in group with 1 tank and 1 dps from my guild, and we queue for dungeon awaiting 30 minutes or more without success; finally I left the group...
1. Why ESO cannot find us quickly 1 more dps player, if a group already has a healer, tank and dps. It seems impossible for the game.
2. Any special conditions to meet to queue for random dungeon and get the daily XP reward?
I mean I know I can queue alone, but what about groups of 3 and 4 players queueing, will both groups get full daily XP and will they get a random dungeon?

Naff✭✭I think they fixed this issue, but we would have a full group and sit in the queue for 20-30 mins!!! That said, it seems like I get in groups faster if I queue solo. And the groups seem rounded out better. Me and a friend often queue up together, and find over and over we get popped into a group with no tank, or not healer. (Say we're DPS for instance.) No roles set for Heals or Tanks... Got into on the other night...group with all 4 dmg dealers!?!?! I never see that when queuing solo.
I think all in all, the dungeon finder needs some work...
As far as Daily XP and rewards, again, there was a bug with full groups not getting it, but now you do. I no longer see any issues with getting the reward after activity complete. No matter how I queue up.CP600
