Vicious death;

I'm pretty sure that It's 'blowing us up' before were actually dead, because, Numerous times I have been on my own and got ganked, and vicious death shows up second or third last in the list. I'm also not the only to experience this.

I am on an old iPhone, and it still doesn't show up as a 'tag' if I use the @ followed by a mods name. Could someone please tag GinaB for me please?

It seems rather bugged. I'm not against the vicious death set, infact I think it's brilliant. But it is definitely not working as intended, on Xbox atleast.

It's the death recap that is bugged. At least thats what Gina Bruno said. The set itself is working as intended according to her.

But, I'm sure you can see my concern when I didn't know that death recap was bugged?

Of course, I had the same feeling when I first saw my death recap with VD and afterwards another skill. But well, I never tested it and just rely on what @ZOS_GinaBruno said about it.

No. It's a stupid bandaid fix, but it's needed. It has caused people to spread out more, which is already good. As long as groups are protected for stacking like crazy, we need silly stuff like proxy and VD.

I made an addon that hooks into the death recap events and logs everything to the saved variables. There is a bunch of other info that is available through the API that doesn't show on the UI - one of them being the time that the damage took place. So I've looked at the data from a bunch of death recaps with VD death in them, and with the additional data from the API it is easy to see these "false" VD damage entries. They aren't shown as the killing blow, yet always show with the exact same timestamp as the killing blow (which causes the UI to list them second to last - I'd think that those listed elsewhere are likely to be "real" VD damage). For me I've found that about 80% of the VD damage I've seen in my death recap is this "false" damage.

Yeah sure.... too bad that Proxy det does a ton of damage even on single target, on the other side if i die on someone who has the VD set , is basically worthless so no problems.
