I get a crash everytime I attempt to start the game 
. Not sure what the deal is but I can't play ESO until this is resolved.

1. Go into my documents
2. Elder scrolls online folder
3. Live folder
4. Delete the "user settings text file"
Try starting the game. You could also run a repair.
