Explain Streak damage?

I know streak is an escape for us Sorcs, but I also read that it does damage too? Maybe I'm missing something but is the damage dealt when you streak through someone? I don't understand it.

Streak is not really an escape skill that you can spam because the cost increases by 50% each time you use it within 4 seconds of the previous Streak. You should only use it 2-3 times in succession, then wait 4 seconds (recast Boundless Storm, shields etc) and repeat using Streak if you want to have a chance of actually escaping.

While using Bolt Espace you move from point A to B, the Streak morph deals dmg between point A to B. The other morph (Ball of Lightining) or unmorphed skill only deals dmg in a small radius around point A.

Actually, Streak is the only morph that deals damage. Ball of Lightning and Bolt Escape do not deal damage. They stun enemies for two seconds within a certain radius of the origin location. Just fyi
