Ps4 imperal city monsters instant spawning..

Hi,

I was in imperial city in the districts on ps4 and the spawn of monsters kept instant spawning once killed them right away.. is this normal?

Noticed that this weekend as well. Makes for nice farming and horrible PvP ;-)

Only saw these on release day while doing some dungeon delves in Craglorn with some guildies.

This is happening on PC too in several places. It was especially annoying last night in the Arena district.

Yeah, happening last night - trying to get into the Armor Master crafting station in Memorial - ended up getting 2k tel var before we finally got in there.

This may or may not be related to your issue, but if there are a lot of people in the same district or loop in the sewers, and they are all killing mobs, they will respawn almost instantly. I am not sure exactly how it is coded, but the game seems to have a quota of mobs that need to be up at any given time, so killing all of them will bring back the dead ones faster.
Usually a mob you kill and then wait for takes ~10 minutes to respawn, but if you run a loop with some friends you can do it in less than 5, but they will all be back.

I don't think its a loop in the sewers... when you kill a mob in IC it re-spawns right away... you can sit in one spot farming...due to instant spawn.
