Will there ever be an admission that Wrothgar is terribly broken on XB1 EU

OK so I just went to collect my writs in Orcinium when I landed kicked....relogged ran toward the mages guild.....kicked.....relogged arrived at the writ collection point kicked. Relogged making a coffee while I wait stay idle for ten seconds......kicked.

Its like the plague going into the Town Centre is there any official update on when you're fixing this or is it just another thing you'll patch with the update like you did with the middle of IC

Does anyone else have this problem still or am I being picked on by someone at ZoS its making me want to avoid writs.

I've never had an issue in wrothgar, granted I only come and go, I don't spend a lot of time there, (pc, NA). If you're on pc perhaps your router is going bad, or your wireless on your pc. That happened to me. My wireless USB was going bad and I kept getting dropped.

Yes, on Xbox one. You're not crazy- but you do need to get creative. Do your writs in Belkarth, deliver them via the Shatul Wayshrine and...go really slowly as you approach the gate. Wait until the guy actually appears by the turn in and...done.
I love that doc, and the city! SO beautiful. But sadly, I'm with you. I'm unable to be there without it becoming a disconnect-fest.

Yes I have this problem on Xbox for a while now so I decided to just be done with it.I wished Zos moved the writs to Hews Bane.

Spend most of my time in Wrothgar and have no problems. Maybe once a month minor lag. That's it. Load screens 30 sec or under.

Spent hours and hours in wrothgar last night doing everything from dungeons to mat gathering. Not one disconnect. If I was you Id make sure the ports on your router are opened and your firewall isnt blocking communication. Also change your password. You could be getting disconnected because someone else is logging in.

Orsinium is terrible on Xbox One. It's the main city itself that causes the crashes. Stay away from it as much as you can.

I have eight master crafters that need to hand in writs there. I make sure that I do my writs in my characters' capital cities. Aldmeri Dominion characters? Rawl'kha... Ebonheart? Riften. Etc. Then when handing in the writs, fast travel to the "Shatul" way shrine, NOT the Orsinium city one. Drop off the writs then head back to the Shatul way shrine and exit the map. Again, don't even use the bank in Orsinium, you'll crash a lot whilst in the building.

Went from 5 crashes during writs a day to zero.

It's a pain in the bum but ZoS refuses to admit there's an issue on their end. I've been report issues for months and they just tell us to restart the console or reinstall the game. Typical.

I never got kicked in Whrothgar (well, not more than anywhere else in the game)

BUT

I always noticed a major increase of FPS drops in Wrothgar, as do some of my friends. As do many people in the zone chat.

The graphic glithes now common on the 64 bits clients (missing texture/pink texture) had been seen many times in Whrothgar - and Whrothgar only - on the 32 bits client. Pink echalettes and mammoths ? I have plenty screens of that. Long before the TG/64 client release.

So yeah, I definitely agree. Something is wrong in Whrothgar, and was never addressed.

No issues here, though on one of my rigs I get massive shuddering.

Fixed it once by disabling other audio devices but the issue has returned.

My PC broke about 5 years ago if you read through I'm on XB1. Constructive input there.

Op you should add Xbox to the title it's mainly a Xbox issue not a PC issue.ZOs doesn't care about Xbox so they won't fix it sorry man.

Im sorry I didnt notice this was xbox one. I am on PC so thats probably why I did not have any issues.

Xbox NA and I have the same issue. If I'm getting booted back to the main screen, then I was in Orsinium. Usually it happens around the clothing station or banker.

Xbox EU, I used to get constant crashes if I tried to use the clothing crafting station so I stopped using it. A few weeks ago someone told me they use it fine so I gave it another go and I had no problems. This weekend I had several crashes at the armourer (I think) in the fighters guild / bank so I guess I'll sell stuff to someone else from now on

I agree that the OP should specify that this is occurring on Xbox One. I'm having the same problem, and have completely stopped doing writs altogether because of it.

I hit a loading screen every single time I go through the gate from the main area of Orsinium to the area where the writs are turned in, but never run into any issues anywhere else in Wrothgar. I used to have the same problem when crossing the bridge near the mage's guild in Orsinium, but that hasn't happened in a while so I guess that is some improvement.

Aside from the occasional and rare pink textures with black lattice, I've had zero issues with Wrothgar, OP.

I play on Xbox (NA), and I have zero issues with getting kicked/disconnected from Wrothgar.

I do my writs in Wrothgar on 3 characters every day. Recently I was also doing all world boss and delve dailies on those 3 characters too. Now finished farming the Malacath motif, so thankfully I can forget those world bosses for the foreseeable future. Anyway, no such issues as you describe. PC/EU

I had some issues on Sunday, My client kept crashing doing the world boss dailies. Well the weekend before I had to install a new harddrive and OS, was using the intergrated Graphics card and not my GeForce 960m, swapped it over and presto problem solved. If you are on PC make sure your GPU is up to snuff

This is a console issue, which for some reason is never acknowledged by anyone there at ZOS.

Can we please get someone to comment on what is going on with Wrothgar on console, specifically the kicks to homescreen? There have been numerous posts about this but I assume that since most the forum population is PC and they aren't having this issue, you seem to think it's not relevant. Well, it is. It's miserable. In order to complete writs we have to re-log countless times. The pink textures have been around since Orsinium's release on console also. What are you going to do about it?

Orsinium is ... indeed... extremely.... .... .... .... laggy, lately. I ... can... very... much... ... ... (loading screen)... ... compare it to ... current cyrodiil... performance.

Rest of Wrothgar seems fine tho, a little laggy if other players show up (in groups) and i think i had a shoorter version of a main quest handed to me yesterday (2 quest steps where not doable but not doing them didn't block progress... and i had an audiosequence that din't relate to my current view at all, but this didn't seem to block progress as well) else it seems fine. (64bit client)
