Empower visual effect not disappearing

Hi everyone, Recently I just noticed that when I get the "Empower" effect from the "Solar Flare" skill it doesn´t disappear until i change zones or relog, however on my Dragon Knight if I get the empower effect from "Empowering Chains" it works normally... can anyone help?
