L6 Writ recipes not sold

I have a VR16 who has all the writ recipes learned but I just found the the L6 Orsinium recipes are not sold by the Brewer or Chef even if I go to Orsinium or Hews Bane and they are still a reward for completing writs and dropping off in Orsinium. I thought per the update it was said they would be pulled out of the loot table, unless I misread? So maybe this is a glitch or maybe it is intended, thought I would report in case it is a glitch.
