There may be an addon that uploads your Achievement completion data, so you could get data from that, but, because of self selection, any data it gave you would be basically useless.

I believe that is correct. Thanks anyways, you pretty much told me what I was thinking but I will gladly be proven wrong if someone else knows of anything.
As a achievement completionist I would love to see this information, I just dont believe it exists in a form we can get it.

As a achievement completionist I would love to see this information, I just dont believe it exists in a form we can get it.
If we're supremely lucky, and beg someone at ZoS, we might be able to get global achievement completion data... but, I kinda doubt it. Judging by what I know from completion rates in other games, it probably takes a sharp nose dive, and that's not something anyone would want to show.
