Is anyone else having a hard time with this Wayshrine? It appears to only work from a particular angle, and usually claims "The target is out of range."

Yes! Half the time I just ride to a different wayshrine because I don't want to deal with its constant "you're too far away from me" tantrum.

It's like this for months now. First (in September or a bit earlier), this same exact wayshrine had the issue to load the player character twice into the area at this spot, then it was actually fixed not long after, and with it, we couldn't activate it anymore from all directions.
You need to remember from which side it works, it's the one that faces the street between these bandits and the duneracers (sorry, I cannot check the compass directions right now as I'm not online).

It also takes a bit more effort to "reach" any other wayshrine since you can only activate them from down the steps OR when you're standing right infront of the blue flame in the middle, it doesn't work anymore somewhere inbetween. It's been like this for months as well. The Sandy Path Wayshrine is the only one that works only from one side, though.

Yeah I always hate it when I get the survey that is right next to this shrine. When porting out I have to circle the shrine and spam e til it activates. It probably looks like I'm on a merry go round to people walking by

It was difficult to use earlier, but lately i can't activate it at all. /bugged it many months ago. A typical situation with too many managers and too few professional coders.
