Possible sound fix for 64bit client in technical support forum

Hey there, since I dont like copy pasting post please those of you who are interested and willing to give this try go to the link and let me know if it works for you.
It is not a guaranteed fix for everyone and who knows as luck would probably have it I may be the only one lol...
However if you are interested and tech savvy to try it give it a go.
Also its Nvidia based.
I hope it helps some people. I have not had an audio issue like hissing, missing sounds or random sound for 3 days now.
There are still some NPCs missing dialogue though.
