Ive managed to brick myself into a fort wall whilst repairing it in Cyrodill. Is there any way to get out. I cant teleport to way shrine and fort in a strongly held position.

No, but on a serious note I have had that happen to me. I ended up using the "get me unstuck" function.
Is just function just PC or can it be Xbox1? I'm well stuck

it is in the help menu the problem is that it won't work when you are "in combat" which is a lot in cyrodiil half the time when there are no players around.PS4 NA

OMG it happened to me too, i made friends with the wall and named him Wally Fort the Third
we where best pals until Ebonheart started killing wally....what monsters. Rest in peace Wally i will be your best pal for ever! Some of my favorite screenshots

Yeaah its a funny one , i stood to close just before wall came down during attack . i got stuck under the rummble also during repairing , got stuck in another 1 got launched in the air . The "get me unstuck might help unless you are still in battle . If you ever find an enemy player stuck ,use caltrops and soultrap it works even better with skoria monster setbecause its possible1 -

Go to Help>Get me unstuck. This won't work in combat. However, you can either travel to guest campaign or close the game out entirely and relaunch it. I had to do this on PS4 because I got stuck in a wall and the combat was not ending anytime soon.0
