Since new patch I am experiencing lag 100% of my time spent in pvp, even imperial city that used to be a safe haven has now been overrun with lag.

✭✭✭✭✭ZOS knows. I honestly don't feel like they care though. Very little if any mention about it and no word on anything being done to resurrect our FPS
Truly disheartening. I have great internet and these problems are significant, so I can't imagine how people with bad internet can cope with this. 0
