Rendering Abah's Landing long?

Hi guys,
Just a quick question, when I play the Thieves Guild DLC and I am in Abah's Landing, it takes a very long time to render the surroundings.
In other places or area's I don't have this problem.
Could it be because TG is newly released?
Does anyone else have this problem?

N0TPLAYER2✭✭✭✭✭Nearly unplayable on Xbox. I've spent 5-10 min there since release. Such a a shame they have practically ruined the Xbox version with this update. The entire game runs like complete ass. I play 8-13 hours a day and can INSTANTLY tell that it's much worse since the update.
