Crystal Frags de-proc issue.

I can't count how many times Crystal Frag seems to de-proc. The animation lights the hands up try and I immediately try to cast but I go into the hard frag whined up. It almost seems the the lighting up of the hands registers before the actually ability does causing this behavior. Could some please have a look at this its very annoying in PVP. It's totally screwing with the dos of this ability as well.
