Orsinium Main Quest Broken?

I can't do the main quest., like, at all

I get to where I need to confront the traitor, Gulug, and the game crashes.

I try to load back in, and get an infinite loading screen.

I load in after that, and I'm in the bath house, and everything is pink and I have to try and fast travel out before I crash again.

I'm not the only one with this issue.

Any suggestions/fixes would be appreciated.

Same *** happened to me. I can't log into that character now. It's my only Vet character, and I'm missing out on champions points in a big way now. @ZOS_TristanK WHAT CAN BE DONE!

Have you tried Thieves Guild instead? Orsinium is, after all, old and cranky, quests are known to succumb to bit rot over time, e.g. I heard that decrepit Fighter's guild quest is not working well anymore.
I suggest always buying the latest DLC with the most fresh quests.

@JamilaRaj I have the thieves guild DLC. I'd love to play that instead, BUT I CAN'T LOG INTO THAT CHARACTER TO TRY THE OTHER DLC.

Submit a ticket to support and see if they relocate your character to another zone. I had a character somehow end up falling through the world which then cause my entire computer to crash. Submitted a ticket and they then relocated that character to a different location and that fixed the problem.
