New Health Bar Bug Found.
Hey everyone and ZOS, letting everyone know of a bug I discovered tonight while in combat and then outside of combat. The health bar became very small and after using a provisioning meal the health bar expanded only to normal size then went back to being like a tiny mini health bar again. Also noticed that the active quest "title" in the top right hand corner of your screen does not fade out and become slightly transparent anymore it just stays highlighted at all times. Also the Dragon Knight spiked armor seems to be totally disappearing after you activate it and the sound when it does end the ability affect is very low if not gone completely. There is something wrong with spiked armor for sure. If anyone else noticed this during play please respond to this thread so ZOS knows it is not an isolated problem. Thanks in Advance.
