Issues in Cyrodill

I am not one to complain however been in Cyrodill pvping the last 24 hours and it really got ridiculous with total freezing of the screen during battles, the game blue screened out more times then I am comfortable with and sometimes taking a good 5 mins to load a new area. These issues only occur in Cyrodill have no issues elsewhere in the game.
For sure it is not my PS4 as have these issues on both my launch model and my new 1TB model.
Kindly address ZOS as these issues have increased since the launch of the last DLC!
