Where to farm entertainment goods?

For the tip board quests, are getting entertainment goods simply the luck of the draw or is there a method to acquiring them?

Dhukath✭✭✭I generally find that I collect the 10 random pickpocketed items before ever finding the 3 specials. As such I've taken to finding easy/medium marks to lift from as this is much quicker and means I can complete more 'Tip board quests' each day.0
