32bit and 64 bit client crashed reset usersettings.txt file?

As the title states. Playing in both 64bit and 32bit has crashed the game and my PC freezing it up forcing a hard reset. Cam eback and had to do all the agreements again select a country etc etc.
I went into my usersettings.txt files and saw it had been completely reset.
