Launcher not opening.

So to make a long story short, I have a mid-2012 MBP, I've played ESO on it before. I deleted the game caused I needed the space. I tried to download and install it again. I can get the launcher to install but once that install is done, the launcher itself will not open. I've talked to the support line for over a month now to no avail. I'm wondering if any of you have had this issue, and if so, what you did to remedy it. Below is a video of the issue I'm having.
