No random dungeon daily reward

This morning two others and myself completed a random dungeon. The other two players said they got the daily reward in their mail, but I did not. I saved the video in case I need to prove I did not receive anything. @zos, please help me here. It was bad enough your grouping tool does not work and we had to three-man the dungeon. Yes, it did make for a fun and extra challenging dungeon, but I would like my reward that I earned.

    Oh, I also contacted customer support from my ps4 right after finishing the dungeon. I closed the game and reopened it but still no reward. That was close to 10 hours ago.
