Binding Javeling III bugged?

Somehow my Binding Javelin III is only showing 25 meter range.. while it should be 41 meter, the skill just levelled to rank 3 so guessing they forgot to update all the ranks of the skill (yet again... seriously, how many times has this happened before! )

✭Levelled up the skill to the next rank and it's back to 41 meter. So definately an issue with somebody yet again forgetting to update all the numbers in a spreadsheet and the tests not detecting this (ROFL, tests you say...)
@ZOS_GinaBruno : summary: Binding Javelin Rank 3 didn't get the new range from last patch, other ranks of the skill are ok.
