10 Tempering Alloy by mistake. Or maybe they were 12 I DON'T WANNA *** KNOW cause my life sucks

Seriously though, tell me that there's a chance for them to be replaced via customer service. Please keep my hope alive.

    Write a ticket immediately. They may reimburse you.

    A guildy of mine did something like this and he wrote a ticket and they refunded him what he accidentally got rid of.
