Can't find next Thieves Guild quest

Last quest I completed is the one with Walks-Soflty where:
Now there is no quest available in the Den and I can't seem to find any quest I haven't already done (except for the dailies) anywhere in Hew's bane. Next quest in the main storyline is supposed to be Forever Hold Your Peace. Found on internet I am supposed to speak to Zeira to get it, but she doesn't have any quest to give to me.
So is there something I missed ? Do you guys have any idea where I have to go to get a new quest ? I am a bit tired of running around...

I have heard a lot of finding the next quest requires certain levels. some are TG level activated vs quest completedLvl 50 Altmer Templar Magicka Healer
Lvl 42 Imperial DK Stamina DPS WW
Lvl 50 Altmer Sorc Magicka DPS/Healer
Lvl 13 Imperial Templar Hybrid Tank
Lvl 21 Altmer NB Magicka DPS

yes a lot of people are running into that issue and that seems like the fix to it

Yep, just do a few of the Jobs and you can gain a level. I think you get 10 points for each job you do. Also, when I was doing quests for Walks Softly, I was also doing quests for other NPCs in the guild, so that is another source of quests and points to level the Guild skill. You get 20 points for each quest you do that is not a Job Quest.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
