Champion point system gone from Azurus Star Killed Chillrend

Okaaayy so we all know about the lovely lag that we get from entering cyrodill but yesterday was absolute hell. The update is great love it brilliant changes and some great choices and changes made, but taking champion points away from Azurus star in my opinion was a bad idea... Why is there not a new map to access instead? Azurus star is now pretty empty from what I can see, no one wishes to play on it. Chillrend is now not an option for me to play on as I have very very bad internet connection and just kicks me out. I only now have the option of playing in Thornblade on my red and that was still pretty laggy as well but not as bad as chillrend.

Is it possible to actually make a new map? there are sooo many players now and not enough space!!
