Questions about proxy det mechanics?

On what moment is its damage calculated? Is it calculated on its proc (with all current bufs and players in range modifyers) or on cast?

E.g. I have proxy det on my off bar. And I have maglite on my main bar. If I cast proxy det then switch to main bar gap close and attack enemies with sap essence. Will be detonation calculated with major sorcery (from sap essence) and major prophecy (from maglite) buffs that were not active on it's activation?

I was testing this for 30 - 45 minutes earlier and I came to the conclusion that Proximity Detonation's base damage is based off of your current buffs the moment you press your button to activate it.

Example:

1. Entropy + Kena Proc
2. Cast Proxy (16k stated tooltip damage)
3. Wait for explosion, Kena wore off
4. Explodes and still hits for stated tooltip damage: 16k

I've already started a thread on this, called 'Have a question' if you interested in people's answers.

But some of them are saying different, that the damage will scale from the bar I'm currently on and not the bar it was cast from.

Unless they changed something in TG, Curse and Deto will scale off the weapon bar you have on at the moment of explosion not off the one you had when you applied the skill. Same goes for your buffs. They need to be active when the damage is actually going off. If you have major sorcery, it needs to be active when the explosion hits, not when you hit the button.
