Horse mount bug

Anyone else having problems with horses after this big patch mess? I press "H" but sometimes it does not work. I try firing the weapon, going up-down, hiding... nothing works. Then something happens and I'm on my horse again. This bug happens at random, in Cyrodiil, I can't pinpoint the cause. But it's annoying. It's yet another bug introduced with the latest patches...

There's a possibility, but I can see other players mounting just fine. Also, there's no message like "you cannot mount while..." Nothing happens.0
