Build Planning Website With Updated Skill Info?

Most of the sites I use still have the pre-patch info about skills. Is there any website that may have already incorporated all the changes that introduced to skills with the Thieves Guild patch?

I'm trying to plan my build but it can't do it properly since most of the skill descriptions are outdated on the websites I use.

I've used this since Level 26 ('The Bloody Butcher Stamina DragonKnight DPS Build'). I believe some of the builds are updated;

I meant sites where I could plan my own builds. Something like this: http://www.esohead.com/calculator/skills

But the skill descriptions are still pre-Thieves Guild..
