Scrolling Combat Text Inconsistent?

I'm having some inconsistencies when testing damage with the new SCT on ps4. On my sorc my overload is critting for 39707 against vampires with molag kena procced, which seems about right when you watch deltias maelstrom sorc build.

However, on my nightblade I can't get my spectral bow to hit for more that 29737, when fully buffed, the tooltip alone is 23190. Sometimes it's hitting for 16-17k. I thought crit was 1.5x the tooltip, plus whatever other crit damage on top, hemorrhage passive, elfborn points etc...

Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi Asayre, i was hoping you'd come to the rescue. I was hitting wasps in craglorn, buffs were major sorcery, minor bezerk (i think that's what it's called), molag kena proc and spell power cure proc.

Do you have a lot of points in thaumathurge? The tooltips on PC are bugged in that Thaumathurge and Elemental Expert are both being applied to single target abilities when really only Elemental Expert should be applied. But it seems roughly ok maybe? 16k on the wasp and then 29737 on a crit would put your crit modifier at around 1.86.

what is the npc you are testing on? he may have more spell pen or armor pen?
