[Console] Imperial City Districts Have Double Spawn Rates

I'm literally farming this Twilight in 1 spot because it spawns literally 9 SECONDS after it dies.

Is this good?!

    yeah, my group and I noticed this lest night. Not only do the adds spawn a lot more frequently now, but they also seem to drop items a lot more often too. Every time I turned around there were another dozen or so dead adds and half of them showed drops. It used to take a few minutes for them to respawn but now it seems like every 15 seconds or so. Keeps you on your toes when there is PvP around you too. The bosses in the city seem to also respawn quicker than they used to. I only skimmed this section of the patch notes but maybe they mentioned it? Ill have to check

    I was just doing my bounties for the day. The arena district is still the quickest way to get them done for me. It is just easier than trying to run around Cyrodil, defend/take keeps, and run back to the bounty board every 10 minutes. 30-40 mins in arena and all 5 bounties are done and then I go out to the real PvP

    Theres one Archer in Cyrodil what spawns super fast, its that daily of where you need to kill 4 Archer, one of them spawns in his own league.
