Just a quick question. Why do the "Elite" vendors in Cyrodiil still only sell v14 equipment?

Perhaps the vendor should be renamed "Obsolete Vendor" if it isn't fixed?

That's a great point, and i'd like to address it but no ETA on that.

I guess they where forgot about after VR16 was added

They wanted everyone to use the new sets introduced since IC. Not related to the elite gear vendor but a good example is martial knowledge; if they had brought this upto v16 who would have farmed overwhelming surge? If cyrodiil's light existed as v16 less players would have farmed willpower. And so on.

Translated;

W have looked at this, we are not going to do it, but we don't want to tell you expressly no, instead we will placate you with non-whimsical replies like "We hear your feedback" or "That is a very requested feature we are looking into it" or my favorite "That is pretty interesting we will look into this (grabs a piece is paper and scribbles down non-sensical words".

If you mean "would have bought the new dlc" instead of "farmed" the i agree...

Its all about selling dlc, why would anyone buy imperial city otherwise. The city itself is *** but the mew sets are good.

Might actually not be the case, as the gear will be converted to a CP equivalent (current VR * 10).

So VR gear that requires you to be VR14 will require 140 CPs. Basically, their power wouldn't change at all, and they'd all be still irrelevant in most cases.

One can hope it would be nothing but a requirement, and all gear stats converted to a V1 equivalent, but it's not going to happen...
