EST is 5 hours behind GMT I believe. PST (West coast) is 8 hours behind GMT I think.0 -

I just saw what ZOS themselves said in the patch notes. That is exactly how they worded it

DurzoBlint13✭✭✭✭If I got the conversion right, it should be 8pm EST. Although there is no unit in the conversion table for 00:00, I assumed it meant midnight. If this is wrong someone please correct me0

mistermutiny89✭✭✭✭✭May someone please tell me or link me to which days shoulders are?? I've been googling and searching the forums.
In prior weeks to launch I've read we were to have the vendor drop two times a week. Mid week for shoulders, weekend for head.
Now I am thinking its head one week, shoulders the next.
