Hi guys

Im pretty new to ESO on Console (Ps4) Is there a way to show buffs and debuffs on your UI? Im probably missing something?

No, you're not missing anything, the only way to see debuffs is to look at your character for visuals and health bar for effects like breach and dots.

And if you dont know what each visual does you can enter your character sheet mid-fight and check there. Be careful though, as you wont be able to attack but will still be attacked.

Also in 'Character' tab in your menu. At the bottom it shows food buff debuffs and such. The clunky way. Slow and two screens deep. Hardly a good way to catch 6 second debuff information. Visual cues or manual character sheet are the only options

Unfortunately the consoles do not have add-ons that I know of. On PC we use add-ons to get that information shoutout character and debuts we put on a target.
