Tiger Khajiit appearing in Thieve's Guild artwork?

Is there a way to get these tiger characteristics ingame or is this a unique one?

You can, indeed, make a Khajiit with tiger stripes and a variety of fur colors (including a nice orange).

my character is khajiit already but i look like a leopard and now with vampire it made my fur white, is there a way to change characteristics from the crown store?

Not at the moment, no. However, character recustomization is confirmed to be in the pipeline. If you create a new character, however, take a look at all the fur patterns. There's quite a few there. Tiger, leopard, jaguar, pure black panther (technically not a 'pattern' but you select it the same way). And you can change up the main fur color along with them.

It's not exactly like that, but I think my character is close.



The only difference really is the character model isn't very fluffy.
