Need Vet Maelstrom Advice - Stage 9 Round 5 on a Stamina Nightblade

I need some feedback and advice from someone who plays a Stamina Nightblade through Vet Maelstrom.

I pushed on through vMSA and made it to the final round of the final stage with my Stamina Nightblade. 450 champion points and a vampire (but after failing this round I went and got cured today figuring it may make the future attempt a little easier as I only use for the Darkstalker passive)

My build is for 2H/DW with DW being most of my attacks, and 2H being my utility and buff bar.

Try as I might I couldn't get through the Ash Titan round. Some rounds no yellow ghosts appeared at all, so that mechanic was no use. I've used shades on Daedroth and can generally get them down but If I survive the first of 2 archers + other guy / Titan by some luck of getting the mobs down, then I always get wiped by the next spawn because I've had to use every sigil and every defensive ability (barrier) i have.

For someone who has this down, please give me some advice on how to survive during this phase. Am I missing some skill or ability?

Bar 1 DW Surprise Attack, Steel Tornado, Expert Hunter, Double Take, Ambush (Flawless Dawnbreaker)
Bar 2 2H Razor Caltrops, Summon Shades, Rally, Grim Focus, Vigor (Barrier)

All gear VR16 Legendary - 5 PC Hundings / 3 PC Agility / 2 PC Endurance / Kena Shoulder / Bloodspawn Helm

DW Maces Sharpened 1 Prismatic Onslaught/ 1 Foulness
