The Ohmes would honestly fit a hairless khajiit... They look like wood elves in some ways, but are khajiit.

Ohmes
Similar in many ways to the Bosmer, although generally of lesser stature. In order to avoid being mistaken as one of the Bosmer many Ohmes tattoo their faces to resemble a feline-aspect. The Ohmes is the most common form seen outside of the province of Elsweyr, taking advantage of other races' preference to their appearance to serve in positions of ambassadorship and trade. It is possible that the Ohmes are the breed seen across Tamriel at the end of the fourth century of the Third Era.

I recall seeing some fanart of a sphynx khajiit a while back, but I'll be damned if I can find the bloody thing.

There are quite a few Khajiit sub-species, and this one has taken the liberty of fishing out the only two that have something to do with "hairlessness", or in general being less Khajiit-like in appearance.
Ohmes:

Ohmes-raht:
Similar to the race of men, save for their tails and short, light-colored fur, the Ohmes-raht may easily be mistaken as men at a distance. Unlike the many other species of Khajiit who walk like cats upon the balls of their feet, the Ohmes-raht walk upon their heels. The Ohmes-raht are most likely the breed found in Hammerfell and High Rock in the early fifth century of the Third Era.

However, in the lore there is nothing that proves or disproves the existence of hairless Khajiit - so it could be a possibility. But there are so many acknowledged sub-species, so if they were to add anything new Khajiit-wise, this one would hope they show some of these first.

I do think they need to add more khajiit sub types to the game it would basically would be good for hte crown store if they added those breeds of khajiit. I would like to see this.
