even tho playstation doesn't get it till 23rd of this month, which is ridiculous we have to wait 24 hours past xbox, like whats the point? i bought your game now lets see some fairness here. absolutely angers me

Should be based around American east coast time, at a guess. So if you're in Oceania, likely to be late in the evening 10pm (NZ time) onward.

They can't do them all at the same time as they only have so many server engineers, so one of them has to go first. Bethesda seems to have a closer partnership with Microsoft than Sony, so therefore Xbox goes first.

With maintenance starting at 6am, you're looking at about noon for the download to be ready. (Maintenance for major updates usually seems to last about 6 hours.)
