Console - Group Finder questions

So um, hi, nervous.......
I am a bit confused about the console group finder, like:
1. how do use it to get people around my level (still haven't defeated the spindleclutch boss lady thing)?
2. is there any random queue thing (for bonus loot)?
3. how do I generally (casually) use it?

These comments are all before this weeks console patches.

1. You cannot specifically get people at your level - anyone going into group finder gets picked up with anyone else. I know there are some changes coming this week but getting high or low level people in group finder is hit and miss. Tried to do a normal dungeon run the other day with my Vet3 DPS with the normal rank 11 healer the group finder put in and I quit after dying 10 times before defeating the 2nd last boss.

2. This weeks console patch notes mention random dungeon availability in group finder with bonus blue loot for first run in a day and green loot after that but have not tried it.

3. 'Casual' use is no different that normal use - you queue and wait.

The grouping tool does need some work. Depending what your character is you can get grouped quickly or slowly. I waited an hour the other day on the normal level dungeon with my Vet3 DPS and got booted from the first group I was put in before I could travel to the dungeon. The second time I was grouped, the two sub level 20 players ran out of the dungeon and disbanded the group after I got there. The third time was with the above level 11 healer and I quit after 10 deaths. It ended up being a wasted 2 hours for me all up.
