Does the patch fix the Fighters Guild Main Quest line?

As you know the Pact Fighters Guild has not been working for a while now... the bug reports generally ask you to wait for a patch. Is this the patch that fixes it?
Asking as i don`t find it mentioned in the Patch Notes but as we all know not everything is there.(and it feels like a pretty important quest line to have working)
