Missing Guild Traders

Since the update today, when I got to a guild trader, the NPC is not there. I tried reloading, and reloggin. Neither matters. Others can see the guild traders, but I can not. I see the "name" but am unable to click.

Last week it was items missing and now it is NPCs.

    I wonder if this is related to the Banker issue that used to happen (maybe it still does but I have not seen it in a while) where I could see where the banker is, I could see everyone else talking to them, but I could not see a banker. It only happened in Daggerfall bank and one other that I don't recall.

    Is it all Traders or just one city of traders?
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    It is random traders throughout Tamriel.
