BUG: Movement speed reduced to snare speeds

after dying inside a snare on xbox 1, i (rarely) end up spawning with the snare still active and it doesnt leave until i fast travel, die, or get on and off my mount like 900 times.
activating a move that removes snare (shuffle) doesnt work either
has this happened to anyone else?
