At the beginning of the game 2 years ago. There was something I immediately noticed in ESO as I also played Guild Wars 2. Characters were not slowed down when begin hit by npcs so dodge was nicer and more effective. Sometimes ago, this non indicated buff was added into ESO.
Is the fact that the slowdown is cumulative, making characters quite unable to move after being hit by multiple npcs, a feature, a bug or my misinterpretation of npc skills ?
