Running a GTX 970 on min graphics on NA shard, and me and bunch of others are lagging intensely. Anyone else?

Are we talking about lag (network) or frame rate drop (graphics) here? FPS and network latency are 2 completely different things and rarely interact (if any) with each other.

If it's frame rate drops; yes I'm experiencing them myself as well. I suspect that the latest patch caused the client program to experience memory leaks, which are noticed through sudden drops of frame rate.

Me too, same card. Doing world bosses in Wrothgar with a bunch of folks is more like a comic book than playing a game.

Liquid cooled multi-GPU monster rigs of DOOM are struggling to make sense of ZOS code.

Ehm, only in certain situations in Cyrodiil (heavy zergs), but the sole fact that I'm having fps issues considering my rig, is beyond ridiculous.

Lag? What's lag? Lag is a myth! There's no lag anywhere! It's just a different difficulty mode of the game in which you have to beat a humongous boss frame-by-frame

I am the very model of a scientist Salarian, I've studied species Turian, Asari, and Batarian.
I'm quite good at genetics (as a subset of biology) because I am an expert (which I know is a tautology).
My xenoscience studies range from urban to agrarian, I am the very model of a Scientist Salarian.

It's 2 completely different things, it's like going to a garage to get your car fixed and say it's the exhaust manifold that's faulty when it actually is the spark plugs.

I'm not technical grumpy, I'm technical correct

I had to revert my Nvidia drivers back to the one from February to prevent terrible slideshows in multiple games with the march driver.
