Issues with Imperial City DLC content

I bought the Orsinium DLC and I had everything Costumes, the new pet and the new Armour, that was really a good DLC, and I decided to buy the Imperial DLC even it was the 1st DLC, it keeps crashing constantly and the Costumes WTF why cant I have a specific quest to obtain it rather than forcing me to play month's of the very boring random loot drop or the so called Tel Var Boxes which no one even wants to buy. I mean i just want that i can get everything for what i spent for, even thieves guild is really good also.

should gone with ESO + tried them all then bought the ones you liked and unsubbed (or stay subbed if you want to support the game).

PS buy the green telvar boxes they're cheaper.

Still the RNG keeps me from obtaining something rather the a challenging quest to obtain something, look at maelstrom arena.

To be clear, information on the DLCs is available for you to review; providing an opportunity to learn about what is included and give you a good idea of what you can expect. Make sure to check the related Patch Notes; although in your defense finding the relevant Patch Notes page is not as intuitive since only the patch number is really mentioned in the title (of the Patch Notes section). Also, as an FYI, a single month of Subscriber Status would give you an opportunity to roam these new zones and get a really good idea of the content.

Yes I know I failed that I didn't take a review 1st but Zenimax needs to do it like Thieves Guild and the Orsinium there is no such thing as a RNG to get something in those DLC's and there's no even issues in those DLC except for the Imperial City, they need to change something and the future DLC's.
