Fishing Nerf or Bug?

Since the TG patch I have had very poor luck with fishing and was wondering who else is experiencing it. Rare fish now seem to be much more rare, like 1/3 or less as likely as before. This could be specific to Greenshade or not. Here is a thread from another person experiencing the same thing:

WldKarde✭✭✭✭✭Might be a bug, but I'm guessing not.
Best advice would be to move to another zone for awhile and fish there. I've had zones I thought were bugged, only to find that the RNG just was hating on me for a bit. There have been players on these forums who have burned through thousands of bait just to catch the last fish that they needed.
